General Guidelines and Support
- Please discuss with your project advisor before applying for this funding.
- The funding application and grant is on a first-come basis.
- A maximum of two women students from a project is eligible for funding.

Application Requirements
Every applicant requires to provide the following details:
- Full name of the applicant
- Email address of the applicant
- Project Title
- Project Year
- Project Advisor
- Email address of Project Advisor
- Conference Title
- Conference Location and Date
- Type of Participation (Poster/Paper/Presentation)
- Abstract of the Poster/Paper/Presentation
- Type of Funding Required
- Brief write up as to why attending this conference matters
The student will receive an email confirming the funding after reviewing the submitted information.
After the funding has been approved, the student will be required to submit proofs of the expenses to claim reimbursements for the approved amount. You will receive information on the next steps after submitting the materials for reimbursement.
During and Post Conference Requirements
The applicant is required to do the following:
- During the conference, please acknowledge the support of Women’s Impact Network and this funding source (this could be through insertion of logo, acknowledgements slide, etc.)
- After the conference, please share pictures of the applicant from the conference. In addition, a one-page summary on the conference experiences and how this funding helped. This will be published on this website along with the name of the student with picture and conference details.
